“Witch Fingers” Breadstick Recipe!

Want to make something to speak to your inner Halloween-loving self? This easy-to-follow recipe is sure to be a hit among your close friends and family this year. This recipe is beyond easy—4 ingredients! 7 steps!—and looks just too amazing to sit on it for a whole year. Think of it as Thankful These Aren’t Your Fingers Breadsticks! Enjoy!
To begin, here’s a list of ingredients:
Store bought (or home made!) pizza dough
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 8 almonds
- First, preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Separate the pizza dough into 8 equal pieces (these will be the witch-fingers)
- Twist each piece of dough in the middle, which will later on become the knuckle.
- Mix together the large egg and the tablespoon of water. Lightly brush the liquid on top of the dough.
- Place the dough on top of a baking sheet.
- Then, place an almond on the top of each of the pieces of dough. These will be the nails to our witch fingers.
- Put the baking sheets into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden
- brown.
- Set the fingers onto a plate to spook your guests!
