The holidays are just around the corner, and instead of waiting until the last minute, check out the list below of gifts for him or her.
Keep in mind, these may be generally categorized for him/her, but explore both lists regardless of whom you’re thinking of! I know I’d certainly be happy with any of the gifts “for him”.
Gifts for him:
Many of you have definitely been wondering what on earth to buy for brothers, dads, or boyfriends… they’re hard to buy for! Well, look no further than the list below of a few simple, sure-fire hits for this holiday season.
Speakers:
A classic gift idea that anyone needs: a portable speaker! Bring it to work out, sports practices, the beach, the list goes on. This JBL one with a carabiner attachment is a classic, with a bunch of colors to choose from.
Portable Chargers:
From what I’ve seen, guys’ phones have the lifespan of a mayfly, so this portable charger is a lifesaver. Even if they already have one, they’ll probably lose it, or they want a second! I’d recommend this Belkin one from Amazon.
Basic or fun hoodie:
This is a classic! So practical and wearable. I don’t think anyone would complain if they got a nice hoodie for the holidays. You can find some basic ones on Nike or Champion, but if you want something more stylish, maybe try Drew House or Urban Outfitters.
Slippers:
Slippers are a perfect gift for this time of year, and if you get the right pair, they can double as shoes. UGG moccasins are a classic, but you could also go for a fuzzy slide.
Gifts for her:
This list was a breeze! Buying for girls is much easier in my opinion. I might be biased though… Either way, you can’t go wrong with makeup, hair products, trendy clothes, or jewelry.
Perfumes:
A bunch of great sample sets come out around the holidays, or you could opt for a full size. Either would be great! I’d recommend Glossier You, Ariana Grande Cloud, or on the more luxurious side, Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue and Gucci Bloom.
Face Masks/ Skincare:
Anyone can use some self care every now and then! Especially during the winter months when our skin gets so dry. For masks and other skincare, I’d recommend Glossier, Laneige, or Summer Fridays.
Makeup Sets:
Similarly to perfume, reams of makeup sets get released around the holidays! They are a great idea because they tend to be limited edition. I’d recommend the Summer Fridays lip balm trio, or a Charlotte Tilbury liquid cheek set.
Watches:
Watches have come back in style recently, and I think they’re great for any age group, and any sense of style. They’re also obviously very useful. You could buy something dressy from Breda, retro from Casio, or sporty from Freestyle.
Pajama Sets:
Nothing is better than cozying up in a comfy PJ set during the holidays. There are so many cute matching sets available right now — holiday themed or not. I’d recommend checking out Roller Rabbit, Djerf Avenue, Skims, and Grey Bandit.
